Do you know how to prevent backache?
Do you do some kinds of exercises?
I always work by using computer everyday. I always take a seat and stay in front of computer. I do not have chance to do some exercises.
So, I sometimes get back pain.
I also drive a car almost everyday. It also causes back pain.
I have decided to do this exercise.
This exercise is not for back pain but it is very easy to do in my house.
This exercise also trains abdominal muscle.
